Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs subscription refunds and service cancellations for schools using Vidhzy services.

• Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan and are non-refundable after activation except for billing errors.
• Cancellation must be requested through official channels.
• Access continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation.

Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases at VMCore’s discretion.
